Bequests through a will or trust

You can create a lasting legacy by including OCACF in your estate planning. Bequests can significantly reduce estate taxes, while allowing donors to support the causes that matter to them in perpetuity.

Real Estate or Personal Property

Real estate or personal property may be given to OCACF at current market value, which allows donors to receive a charitable deduction and avoid taxes on capital gains.

The grant COF received to complete our foundation work at the COF Residential Home was not just a financial boost; it made a lasting difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It allowed us to save our existing infrastructure to give our individuals served a solid foundation in their home and community.
